  • Identify Your Drivers: Understand what truly drives you. Aligning your work with your passions fuels motivation and enhances your ability to adapt and seize opportunities.
  • Set broad goals: If you focus too narrowly, you might miss out on paths that could lead to incredible growth.
  • Embrace Adaptability: In a dynamic industry, the only constant is change. Being adaptable is crucial to navigating new challenges.
  • Stay Authentic: Never compromise your authenticity; your unique perspective and values are key assets in building trust and resilience.

What’s a small but impactful habit that helps you stay focused and inspired?

A small but impactful habit I practice is embedding intentional daily reminders and goals about the positive impact I’ve made. At the end of each day, I reflect on who I’ve helped. It might be something small, like assisting a colleague with a challenge, or more significant, like supporting a client in achieving their investment goals. It could also involve contributing to a strategic plan that adds value for our clients, business, and team. This habit keeps me focused and inspired by highlighting the meaningful contributions we make every day

What are three positive things your colleagues would say about you?

Here are three positive things I hope my colleagues would say about me:

  1. Collaborative Leader and Mentor: She is a leader who excels at bringing people together, not only collaborates effectively but also mentors others, helping them grow and succeed within the business.
  2. Problem Solver: She has a knack for tackling any problem thrown her way and finding effective solutions.
  3. Culture Carrier: She embodies PIMCO’s CORE values—Collaboration, Openness, Responsibility, and Excellence—and actively promotes them within the team.

What role has teamwork played in your success so far?

Teamwork is fundamental to my success and deeply ingrained in who I am. My experience as a professional athlete taught me the power of collaboration and how a team can be greater than the sum of its parts. The financials industry is a peoples business, which relies heavily on building and cultivating trust, relationships and networks. Without this foundation, my achievements would not have been possible.
