Teresa Woodard is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc and the Head of Trading Analytics. She leads a team of analysts who deliver trading insights including transaction cost analysis to internal and external stakeholders. Teresa leads a global team and has been instrumental in enhancing T. Rowe Price’s quantitative, data driven evaluation of trading execution services across asset classes. She was a winner of Markets Media Women in Finance Excellence in Trading Analytics in 2022.

Teresa joined T. Rowe Price in 2001 and has over 15 years of investment analytic experience. Teresa earned a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Loyola University Maryland and a Master’s in Liberal Arts from the Johns Hopkins University. She is also a member of the T. Rowe Price’s Black Leadership Council. and the National Organization of Investment Professionals.
