Eunice Zhu is an award-winning derivatives specialist and trader with extensive investment banking experience at several of the world’s top financial institutions. As Head of Derivatives Counterparty Risk (XVA) Trading EMEA at a top international bank, she has built and led a high-performing team, transforming XVA pricing and trading operations and achieving positive P&L results for consecutive years. A strong advocate for diversity and gender equity in finance, Eunice founded the Lean In – Women in Banking & Finance Circle, now part of Women in Financial Markets, and serves on the UK & Europe Leadership Committee. Her accolades include UKCWC Chinese Woman of the Year 2023, HERoes Global Top 100 Future Leader Role Model, and Rising Star in Banking & Capital Markets. Eunice holds a CFA charter and is dedicated to driving innovation and inclusion in the financial industry.
