Vicky Hsu

Vicky Hsu is the Head of European Counterparty Risk and Co- Lead of Securities Lending Risk at BlackRock, with over 16 years of risk management experience across New York, Hong Kong, and London. Ms. Hsu was also on the Market Structure team within Trading. She is a member of the Supervisory Board Eurex EMIR Risk Committee of Eurex Clearing AG.
