The Spiced Pumpkin Cider, created by bartender Micaela Piccolo, combines pumpkin puree, crisp apple cider, pumpkin spice, Brugal 1888 rum and is topped off with whipped cream and grated nutmeg. The mixture of two fall favorites with the splash of rum creates a warm and cozy feeling. The feeling you get when you curl up next to the fireplace at night, wrapped in a knit blanket. The drink is served in an “I Love NY” mug to help create the warming effect.

The Hidden Branches Pumpkin Cocktail mixes Rough Rider Rye, Smoked Maple, Greenport Harbor Brewery’s Leaf Pile Ale (pumpkin beer), a few sprays of the house Black Bitters (chocolate coffee sasparilla bitter) and is garnished with a half brown sugar rim. The taste–like a dry autmnal pumpkin pie, in a glass, with sugar on top. A sweet, boozy treat!

With The Pumpkin Patch-Tini (also known as the Calabaza-Tini), you’ll fall in love the sweet cinnamon, pumpkin pie flavor so much, you won’t even know there’s 4 different types of alcohol mixed in. Bols Pumpkin Smash Liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, high proof rum, gold rum, ice cream, and cinnamon are vigorously shaken into a martini shaker with ice, and poured into a martini glass with a cinnamon sugar rim. Because we like our pumpkin shaken, never stirred.

The Angel’s Share is the perfect name for this pumpkin cider cocktail. The fruity combination of petite champagne cognac, combier orange, baked apple bitters and pumpkin cider is yummy and festive, and goes great with their Pumpkin Pie in a Jar dessert.
