Become part of the Alice in Wonderland fable at the Green-Wood Cemetery this month. Dark Wonderland is a four-week showcase curated by MAPP International Productions, a nonprofit production of performing arts projects that will take the visitors of the Green-Wood Cemetery back to their childhood. The venue presents breathtaking dance, music, and theatrical performances every Thursday and Friday from 7:30pm till 10pm in June.

Ever since it was founded in 1838, Green-Wood Cemetery has been a surreal yet deeply layered space where both the dead and the alive come together. To celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the publication of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, Green-Wood Cemetery partnered up with MAPP International Productions “to hold a modern-day looking glass to our city and the world beyond, through spectacular presentations in theater, dance, and music,” says Brian Tate, the Executive Director of MAPP.
