ICI.org – Washington, DC – Investment Company Institute General Counsel David Blass made the following statement on the introduction of S. 3092, the Fair Access to Investment Research Act, by Senators Dean Heller (R-NV) and Gary Peters (D-MI) today.
“We welcome the legislation introduced by Senators Heller and Peters to increase the amount of information available to investors about exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The Fair Access to Investment Research Act will remove barriers and allow important broker research on ETFs to proliferate.”
