EDGAR Online Now Recognizes OTC Markets Group’s Three Market Designations

OTC Markets – NEW YORK – OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of the OTCQX®, OTCQB® and Pink® markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, today announced that EDGAR Online, a division of Donnelley Financial Solutions (NYSE: DFIN) and the premier provider of SEC filing data, is now displaying markets from OTC Markets Group Inc., across its key data products.  As of September 30, the EDGAR Pro® platform, current APIs and IR Solutions are displaying OTC Markets’ OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink markets, allowing customers to easily filter and search by market designation.
