NEW YORK — Forefront Communications Group, the boutique, trading technology-focused marketing and PR firm launched earlier this year, today announced that it has been retained by Dash Financial. Forefront will provide Dash with a range of marcomms services, including media relations, messaging and positioning development and strategic communications counsel.

Dash Financial is one of the industry’s most advanced trading technology providers. Its sophisticated execution and analytics platform offers unmatched levels of transparency and control, empowering buy-side traders to understand and adapt their trading strategies in a more meaningful way than ever before. Launched in 2011, Dash provides a flexible and performant next-generation platform designed to tackle the structural deficits inherent in today’s ever-evolving market microstructure, as well as a highly-trained team of experts to help navigate it.

“We’ve known Mark and team for some time, and were excited to tap their insight and contacts to help us with our next phase of growth. Now that we’ve begun working with them up close, we’ve been really blown away by their knowledge of the trading space as well,” said David Karat, Co-Founder and CMO of Dash Financial. “Ours is a difficult business for PR firms to master, and Forefront’s ability to put our story into the proper perspective based on their understanding of the industry really sets them apart.”

Forefront Principal Mark Dowd added: “Over the last few months we’ve been steadily building the business, looking for clients that offer the opportunity to grow together. We’re extremely happy to have begun working with the Dash team, as their value proposition of transparency, performance and service resonates deeply with the industry and has them on the cusp on truly great thin
